This policy explains what information VPNYK processes when providing its website, user panel, and subscription services, why it is processed, and what actions users can take. Account and billing information is used to deliver the service; it is not a record of the content users access through international routes.

Account Data and Its Use

VPNYK does not require an email address. You can create an account with a username and password. An email address is not required for registration, and you should not submit email passwords or login credentials for other services in a support ticket. The account system processes usernames, authentication data, subscription status, and data usage to enable login, verify access, deliver subscriptions, and calculate usage.

When users submit a support ticket, this service processes the issue description and attachments to investigate problems and respond to requests. Before submitting, please remove personal information unrelated to the issue, payment credentials, and authorization details in subscription links.

Anonymous No-Logs Practices and Connection Records

VPNYK follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through this service, retain browsing content, destinations, or DNS query history, or create connection log archives that could be used to trace individual browsing activity. These access and connection logs are not retained persistently.

Cumulative usage retained for traffic billing is handled separately from records of specific website visits. Temporary session data needed while a connection is active is used only for current communications and is not retained as a historical connection log. Anonymous no-logs practices do not prevent websites from identifying users who sign in to accounts on those sites, nor do they replace users' own account security measures.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature clicks so we can improve content and navigation. They are not used to record browsing activity on subscription routes. Website requests themselves contain technical information such as page paths and browser details. Do not include passwords or subscription authorization information in page addresses or feedback.

Cookies and browser local storage support necessary sessions and save settings such as login credentials and language preferences, depending on the features used. Users can clear this data in their browser; doing so may require signing in again or selecting preferences again. Signing out does not replace checking for data left on shared devices.

Order Records and Third-Party Payments

VPNYK retains subscription selections, order amounts, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers to activate subscriptions, reconcile accounts, process refunds, and handle disputes. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third parties, whose own policies govern their data collection and retention.

This service verifies orders against payment results and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords in support tickets. Related information is processed or provided only as needed to complete transactions, deliver necessary technical services, or respond to applicable legal requirements. Order records are not used as browsing activity records.

Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Support ticket data is retained while issues are being handled and for any necessary review. Access statistics are kept only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified. Order data may be retained for financial reconciliation, refund disputes, or applicable legal obligations; no single fixed retention period is applied without explanation.

Users can sign in to the user panel support tickets to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account control must be verified before a request is processed. Deletion may affect login, subscriptions, and access to past orders. If some records must be retained, the reason and scope will be explained. Users must separately clear local storage on their devices.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

If this policy changes, VPNYK will update this page and the last-updated month at the top. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. Matters requiring consent by law will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
