ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION

Accounts & subscriptions

Get your account details, update your configuration, and keep using the service on a new device.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Choose a username you can easily recognize and set a unique password for VPNYK rather than reusing one from another site. Once your account is created, make sure you can access the user panel before choosing a plan or setting up a client. Since your account isn’t tied to an email address, keep your login details somewhere safe; email recovery won’t be available by default. If you can’t log in, check your username spelling, keyboard input, and password manager’s autofill. If the issue persists, use the support ticket option in the user panel if you can access it, and follow the panel’s guidance for account verification and assistance.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I import it?

Sign in to the user panel and look for the subscription option in your account overview. Available subscription details depend on your current account status. In your client, choose subscription management or configuration import, then paste the subscription link copied from the panel. Open the route list afterward to check that the entries appear. A subscription link isn’t a regular webpage URL, so opening it in a browser may not show a readable page. When copying it, make sure you don’t include spaces, line breaks, or punctuation added by a messaging app. The link contains account authorization details: don’t post it publicly or share screenshots showing the full URL. Menu names may vary by client; follow the options shown in your app.

How do I update my subscription link, and what if I still see old routes?

In your client’s subscription manager or configuration list, find the VPNYK subscription you imported, update it, and check the result shown by the client. In most cases, update the existing configuration rather than adding another subscription with the same name. If the update fails, first make sure your local network can reach the user panel. Then copy the current subscription link from the panel again and check the address saved in your client. After a successful update, make sure you aren’t still using an old configuration or a manually added route group. If the issue persists, save the error message and report it in a support ticket. Before sharing a screenshot, hide the full subscription link, and don’t clear all subscriptions before saving your configuration.

Do I need to pay again when I switch devices, and where can I get the client?

There’s no device limit, so switching devices doesn’t mean you need to pay again just because you changed devices. VPNYK supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Choose your platform from the client download section in the user panel, then follow the on-screen instructions to import your current account subscription. Clients are available after signing in, except on iOS; check the panel for iOS download eligibility and access. When switching devices, don’t copy configuration files from untrusted sources. Get a fresh subscription from the panel instead. After importing, check the active configuration and selected route, then verify access before removing the setup from your old device. Unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your account’s data usage.

CONNECTION & DIAGNOSTICS

Connections & troubleshooting

Tell apart local network issues, subscription formats, proxy modes, and app-specific limitations.

The client says it’s connected, but webpages won’t load. What should I do?

A connected status usually means the client has enabled the connection; it doesn’t guarantee that a particular website is reachable. Disconnect first and make sure your local network works on its own. Reconnect, then check which subscription and route are selected. Next, confirm that the system proxy or tunnel mode is enabled as instructed by your client, and check that your browser doesn’t have a conflicting proxy configured separately. Try a few different websites to determine whether everything is unreachable or only one site is affected. If only a specific site fails, check your routing rules and the site’s own status. Change one relevant setting at a time and note the result so you can identify the cause without changing routes, rules, and system network settings all at once.

Why does my browser work, but a particular app won’t use the proxy?

Apps handle system network settings differently. Some don’t follow the system proxy, or may match a rule that sends traffic directly. First check your client’s current mode and which rule the app matches. Then see whether the app has its own proxy setting or is holding on to an old connection. If your client offers tunnel mode, read its instructions and confirm the required permissions and system requirements before enabling it. Don’t run conflicting network interception features at the same time. After changing settings, fully quit and reopen the app to see if the issue persists. An app’s account region, service eligibility, or risk controls may not be resolved by changing networks, so assess those separately from connection issues.

How do I fix an invalid format or parsing error when importing a subscription?

Make sure you’re using the subscription option provided in the user panel, not text from a plan page, account page, or screenshot. The subscription format must match a configuration type supported by your client. If you get a format error, return to the panel and check for a compatible import option or instructions; don’t modify link parameters at random. Then make sure you copied the entire link without extra quotation marks, spaces, or line breaks, and that your local network can retrieve the subscription. If it still won’t parse, open a support ticket with your platform, client name, and the error message. Say whether this is a first-time import or an update to an existing subscription. Never submit a full link containing authorization details to a public conversion site.

How do I restore my local network if it stops working after disconnecting?

Disconnect normally from within the client, then use its exit option to close the app. Force-quitting it may leave system proxy settings behind. Next, check your system network settings for a proxy address used by the client. If you confirm that the address is no longer valid, disable the corresponding proxy as directed by your system, then test your local network. If you used tunnel mode, make sure it has also stopped properly. If your device has other proxies, a corporate network, or security software, identify their source before changing or removing any settings. Once your network is restored, reopen the VPNYK client and enable the features you need one at a time. If the problem returns, note what triggered it and any system messages, then follow up through a support ticket.

ROUTES & PERFORMANCE

Speed & routes

Compare routes based on what you need to do; region and route-type labels don’t guarantee a particular experience.

What’s the difference between IEPL, relayed, and direct routes?

IEPL, relayed, and direct describe different ways of organizing a network path. IEPL uses a dedicated cross-border transmission path; relayed routes connect through an intermediate node; direct routes reduce the number of intermediate hops. These labels help explain the path, but don’t prove that a route will be faster on your current network. Results depend on your home broadband, local carrier, destination service, and time of day. To compare routes, keep the app and local network unchanged and test how each performs for your actual needs—such as page loads, continuous playback, or completed requests. VPNYK covers 110+ countries / 190+ routes. See your current subscription list for available options.

If things slow down during peak hours, should I switch routes or plans first?

Check your route and local network before changing plans just because things feel slow. Keep the destination app unchanged, pause large downloads and cloud sync on your devices, and check your Wi-Fi signal. Then compare other routes in your region, including IEPL, relayed, and direct routes. If only one route is affected, switching paths is usually more useful for diagnosis than repeatedly restarting the app. If every route and local website is slow, troubleshoot your local network first. Monthly plans specify data allowances; a higher price isn’t a guarantee of faster speeds on your current network. If the issue continues, note when it happens, your region, the route type, and the symptoms.

Which region should I choose for AI tools or streaming?

Check the service’s requirements for account region, payment region, and eligibility, then choose a route in a matching region from your subscription. For ongoing conversations, file uploads, or video playback, whether the task works reliably is more useful than the route label alone. Try to keep the same exit region while signing in and using the service; frequent region changes can interrupt sessions or trigger extra checks. If a site loads but a feature doesn’t work, check your account permissions, the service’s messages, and your routing results rather than assuming the connection is down. VPNYK doesn’t guarantee that a route’s region will always work with a particular platform. Access to AI tools and streaming content depends on the service’s actual availability.

How do I report a route issue, and what details help troubleshoot it?

Report the issue through the support ticket option in the user panel. Include your network environment, operating system, client, route region, and route type. Explain whether the subscription update failed, you couldn’t establish a connection, or an app stopped working after connecting. Also say whether other routes work on the same network. If you can reproduce the problem, include the steps that trigger it, the error message, and what you’ve already tried. This helps distinguish local settings from route and destination-service issues. Before attaching screenshots, hide sensitive account details, the full subscription link, and private information in payment records. Never provide your account password. Don’t post configuration files or usable authorization details in public discussions.

BILLING & REFUNDS

Billing & refunds

Plans have distinct billing terms, and orders are handled through the user panel.

How much do monthly plans and data packages cost, and which should I choose?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data stays available until used and never expires. If you use the service regularly, choose a monthly plan based on your typical data use. If you use it less often, compare whether a data package better fits your needs. Before choosing, check the billing model and data allowance you want rather than looking only at the upfront price. Monthly plans and data packages have different rules. To see how a new plan works with your existing plan, check the order details in the user panel; don’t assume the plans stack or merge automatically.

When does monthly data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the day you activated the plan. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your current data status and relevant dates in the account overview; the reset date isn’t the start of the calendar month for every account. Before upgrading, review the target plan and checkout details in the user panel before confirming the order. Don’t try to calculate the final result by simply subtracting prices. If the client and panel show different statuses, update the subscription and reopen the configuration to check again. For questions about an order or plan status, use the panel’s records as your reference. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, so monthly reset rules don’t apply to them.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my payment status hasn’t updated?

VPNYK accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Create an order in the user panel, check the plan, amount, and payment method, then follow the instructions on the current checkout page. After paying, return to the original order to check its status. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t updated yet. If the payment provider shows the payment as complete but the panel hasn’t confirmed it, keep the order ID and payment record, then explain the issue in a support ticket so it can be checked against the order records. For USDT, carefully verify the network, asset, and recipient details shown at checkout. Don’t reuse payment details saved from an older order. Provide payment records only when needed for verification, and hide private information in any public screenshots.

What is the refund policy, and how do I request a refund?

VPNYK offers 14-day no-questions-asked refunds. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, clearly state that you’re requesting a refund, and provide the order ID needed for verification. See the Terms of Service for the full applicable rules. If you’re also having connection problems, you can include the error and troubleshooting details to help distinguish technical support from refund processing. Don’t include your subscription link or account password. Check for replies and provide any requested details in the same ticket to keep the review in one place. Refund progress and any subsequent account status depend on the actual review. This page doesn’t promise a processing or arrival time, or make technical troubleshooting a separate refund condition.
