Create an Account and Sign In

Start by opening the account creation page in the VPNYK user dashboard. Enter a username and password, then submit the form as instructed. No email address is required; you’ll use your username and password to sign in later. Choose a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager. Don’t write it in public notes or group chats, or include it in screenshots you plan to share.

Once you’re done, open the user dashboard and make sure it shows your account. You’ll use the same dashboard to choose a plan, check your subscription, get a client, and submit support tickets. If you already have an account, use the “Log in” link in the page header; there’s no need to create another one. If your chosen username is unavailable, follow the prompt to change it and confirm the result before continuing, so you don’t lose track of which account you’re using.

Before moving on, make sure you can sign out and back in successfully, especially before your browser saves the password automatically. On a shared computer, don’t leave your account signed in or let the browser save your subscription link. Once your account is ready, compare billing options in the plans section. You don’t need to enter anything in the client yet.

Choose a Plan and Review Your Order

Open the plans section in the user dashboard and choose a data tier that fits your usage. Monthly plans are suited to regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets on your activation date each month, not at the start of the calendar month. If your usage varies, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data remains available until used and never expires.

Before choosing, check the plan type, price, and data allowance—not just the capacity. For monthly plans, note the reset date; for data packages, keep an eye on your remaining data. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the dashboard for the exact change. For an at-a-glance comparison, read Plan Pricing and Billing, then return to the dashboard to proceed.

Review the order details, then follow the payment steps shown in the dashboard. VPNYK accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Select a payment method and check the payment details on screen. After paying, return to the user dashboard and check the order and plan status. Don’t assume activation is complete just because you closed the payment page. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the order before trying again to avoid duplicate payment. If you still have questions, submit a support ticket through the dashboard with your order details.

This service offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details. Once your plan is active, the next step is to get your subscription—not to enter your order number in the client. The order is for checking the transaction; the subscription link gives your client its route configuration.

Choose This Plan

Get and Keep Your Subscription Link Safe

Open Account Overview in the user dashboard and find the subscription section. First check your plan status and remaining data, then look for the copy subscription or import into client option. If the dashboard offers one-click import for your client, use it after installing the client. For manual import, copy the subscription link from the dashboard and paste it into the client’s subscription URL field.

Your subscription link authorizes your client to retrieve route configurations. It isn’t a regular website address or an installer. Use the dashboard’s copy function to avoid missing the end of the link. Don’t use this page’s URL, the plans page, or the login page for subscription import; none can replace the subscription configuration tied to your account.

Your subscription link contains account authorization details. Save it only in a client you use yourself. The address below is a dummy example for demonstration and cannot access VPNYK routes. For actual setup, copy your own link from the user dashboard; don’t use the example.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying the link, don’t send it to public groups or put it in a publicly shared cloud document. If you need help troubleshooting, describe the error and hide the address and authorization details in any screenshots. If you think the link may have been exposed, look for a subscription reset option in the dashboard. If available, reset it and import the new link. If you can’t find the right option, contact support through a dashboard ticket. For more details, see the Help Center.

Clients and Subscription Import by Platform

Once you have your subscription, open the client download section in the user dashboard and choose the VPNYK client for your operating system. Use a proxy client that supports the subscription format provided in the dashboard. Don’t paste the subscription link into your system’s built-in VPN server address field. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after signing in, without a purchased plan; an active plan is still required to access and use a valid subscription. iOS access follows different requirements.

There are usually two ways to import: start one-click import from the dashboard, or add the subscription from the client’s “Subscription” or “Configuration” section. The first option opens the installed client; the second requires you to paste the link manually. Choose whichever works for your setup—you don’t need to add the same subscription twice. The steps below cover the usual process for each platform; button names may vary by client.

Windows: Add a Remote Subscription in Configuration

Select Windows in the dashboard and download and install the desktop client using the instructions in the download section. On first launch, open the client’s main window, then return to the dashboard and try one-click import. If your browser asks to open an app, make sure it’s the client you just installed before continuing. If nothing opens, leave the client running and import the link manually instead of repeatedly clicking the browser prompt.

For manual import, look for “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or “Import from URL” in the client. Add a remote subscription, paste the full link, save it, and refresh. Once the region and route type list appears, select the imported configuration and open the connection or proxy page. Leave the default settings unchanged for now; after verifying the connection, you can set the client to launch at startup if you wish.

macOS: Import a Configuration and Approve System Permissions

Choose the macOS client in the dashboard and install it as instructed. Open the app and add the remote link in the configuration or subscription manager. If you use one-click import from the dashboard, confirm that macOS opens the expected app. The menu bar icon may only be a shortcut; you’ll usually need to open the full window to manage routes and configurations.

After importing, refresh the subscription, confirm the configuration is enabled, and choose a route. When you connect, macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or related permission. Check the app name and what the permission allows before following the prompt. Once approved, return to the client and check its connection status; a system message saying the prompt has closed doesn’t mean the connection is complete. If the app remains stuck waiting for approval, check the Help Center for permission troubleshooting.

Android: Allow the Connection After Updating Your Subscription

Get the Android client from the user dashboard and install it by following your device’s prompts. Open the app and find the subscription or configuration section, then import your link. If you start the import from the dashboard, confirm the target app before saving the configuration. After the update, you should see a route list. If it’s empty, first check that the link is complete and the subscription updated successfully; don’t change system network settings right away.

Choose a configuration and route, then tap the client’s connect button. When Android asks you to authorize a VPN connection, verify which app made the request, allow the connection, and return to the client to check its status. Keep your network environment unchanged while testing; switching Wi-Fi networks and routes at the same time makes it harder to identify the cause of a problem. If the connection drops when the app goes into the background, check its background activity permissions in your system settings. The exact steps vary by device.

iOS: Open the Dashboard Download Page and Add a Configuration

The user dashboard provides the iOS client link; the app is downloaded through the App Store. iOS download eligibility differs from other platforms: you need a purchased plan that hasn’t expired. Check the dashboard for the current requirements. Don’t search unfamiliar sites for configuration files or import ones from unknown sources. Sign in to your own VPNYK account, select iOS in the download section, and follow the instructions.

After installation, open the client and use the one-click import option in the dashboard, or add the link through the client’s subscription or configuration manager. Save and refresh, choose a route, then follow the system prompt to add the VPN configuration when connecting. After approval, return to the app to check that it’s connected, then test access to the service you need. If tapping the import link doesn’t open the app, launch it manually and try again from the dashboard, or paste the subscription link instead.

VPNYK also supports Linux, with the client available from the dashboard. Check the download section for platform-specific import instructions. You can use the service on any number of devices, but each device needs a compatible client and an imported subscription. When switching computers or devices, don’t rely on the old device’s connection status—import the configuration and verify the connection again.

Connect to a Route and Verify Your Connection

Once the subscription updates successfully, select the current configuration and choose a route suited to the service you want to access. VPNYK offers IEPL, relay, and direct routes, covering 110+ countries and 190+ routes. For your first connection, try a nearby location that meets the service’s regional requirements, then connect. There’s no need to change several settings at once, and no route type is guaranteed to be faster for every use case.

Check the client status and the actual result separately after connecting. First confirm the client shows an active connection and the correct route is selected, then open the international website or service you need in your browser. A VPN icon, successful configuration import, or completed subscription update alone doesn’t prove that the target app is using the expected route. Judge by whether the page loads and you can sign in and use its features.

If regular websites load but an AI tool or streaming service still shows a regional, account, or access restriction, read the service’s message first. Network connectivity and a platform’s account eligibility, content availability, and usage rules are separate matters; changing routes repeatedly can’t guarantee access. If you want to try another route, leave other settings unchanged, switch only the route, and reopen the page to see whether anything changes.

If nothing loads, disconnect the client first and check that your regular network works. Then check your plan status, remaining data, and subscription update. Reconnect and make sure no other proxy client is running at the same time. Change one thing at a time and note which step produces the error; this is more useful for troubleshooting than repeatedly reinstalling the app. To get help, submit a dashboard ticket with your operating system, client, selected region, and the error. Hide your subscription authorization details in screenshots.

Once the connection is verified, you can consider options such as launching at startup, automatic connection, or more detailed split tunneling settings. VPNYK’s “anonymous, no-logs” policy describes its approach to service privacy; see the Privacy Policy for details. Continue to keep your account and subscription details safe.
